A one day course for those who wish to learn how to install safety nets to British and European Standards; BSEN1263-2 & BS8411.
FASET Safety Net Riggers Course
Candidates will learn how to work safely, plan work and resources and install safety net systems to the required standards and apply for a red trainee CSCS card. Consequently, the candidate will be able to gain experience on the job. The trainee must work with a fully qualified colleague who must supervise and sign off the trainee’s work until fully qualified.
Upon completion of the FASET Safety Net Riggers course, candidates are provided with a Certificate of attendance (valid for 24 months), FASET training manual and FASET registration. At this point, the candidate is just a trainee. Trainees must complete the NVQ in Safety Net Rigging to become fully qualified.
The course will be held at our training centre in Cheshire. We can deliver the course at your premises; the latter will require a classroom and a practical area where work skills can be taught. We will advise on the suitability of other venues which must meet FASET standards.
Courses start at 08:00 am and run all day for a maximum of 6 candidates. Lunch and refreshments are provided.
