Safety net repair was historically the domain of safety net manufacturers. As a result, different techniques made it difficult for safety netting companies to repair their own nets. This course is designed for stores and maintenance personnel, supervisors and managers or anybody else who wishes to learn practical skills relating to safety net repair.

Location

The course is held at our training centre in Cheshire. Although, we can deliver the course at your location or on-site. Consequently, suitable classroom facilities, power, welfare and refreshments will need to be provided.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, candidates will know how to identify damage and carry out permanent repairs. Also, design a programme for maintenance and record-keeping. Consequently, they understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to safety net repair and record-keeping.

Certification

Candidates are provided with FASET Reference Manual, a certificate of attendance and FASET Registration.

Duration

Courses start at 08:00hrs and may run all day for a maximum of 4 candidates. Lunch and refreshments are provided.
