This award is for operatives who wish to become supervisors or who already act in a supervisory role on-site. It is a natural progression for supervisors who already hold the CITB SSSTS qualification and an NVQ Level 2 in Safety Net Rigging. Once achieved, the award of a CSCS Gold Card lasts for your lifetime and will enable you to apply for the Gold CSCS Supervisors Card.

Learning outcome
The award consists of 5 mandatory units and 6 optional 2 of which must be selected by the learner. The learner has to provide evidence to the assessor in order to meet the performance criteria laid out by their industry and the awarding body. The assessment takes place on-site at the learner’s place of work.
All completed assessments are verified by an NSAC (National Specialist Accredited Centre) IQA Supervisor and awarding body EQA.
Candidates will be provided with an induction and learner information pack and any support they need during the assessment process.
