FASET Stair Tower Course

Learn how to install and dismantle stair tower systems

The FASET Stair Tower Course is for operatives or anyone who wants to learn how to correctly and safely install and dismantle stair tower systems.

About the course

The course starts in a classroom environment where the candidate is taken through a slide show presentation. The theory session includes technical information, legislation and the relevant standards to stair towers.

After the theory session, you are trained hands-on using LAYHER and HAKI. So at the end of the day, you will be able to plan for and install stair tower Systems to the manufacturers’ instructions. Following the practical, there will be an assessment. Your skills will be measured against a set standard. Consequently, you will, providing you pass the assessment be able to apply for the Blue CSCS card. If unsuccessful, however, you will be advised to gain additional experience. Following this, you can be re-assessed.

Location

This course is delivered at our training centre in Cheshire. We will advise on the suitability of away from the centre location if required.

Certification

Candidates will receive a certificate of attendance. Competence is proved by GSA3 Assessment.

Course duration

Courses start at 08:00am and may run all day.

For a maximum of 4 candidates per course. Lunch and drinks are provided.
